My guess is Lefort 1 + BSSO. You would ascend 1 point.
Show a pic of your teeth, looks like your palates are narrow. In this case MSE + MSDO would ascend you hard.

yes my palates are narrow. only 6-8 teeth are showing

my bite is good, bc i had braces, but it ultimately screwed up my face, so not worth it

That's what I thought, it makes your mouth look narrow and chin is narrow too.
With Lefort 1 + BSSO, you can be a 5/10 maybe, at least from the side.
Before, do MSDO + MSE for your palates. Your chin, jaw and mouth will become wider. This will make you a 5.25/10.
Your face looks bloated too, lose fat and gain muscle.
