You can fix posture by certain stretches and mobility exercises. I found 90-90 hip cars without hands to fix my anterior pelvic tilt along with other things. Adjust it through the day and dont slouch or lean your head forward. Also, don't sit in a chair so much. If you can, practice criss-cross-apple-sauce and Japanese sitting, etc.
