How could I improve that?

How could I improve that?

For the nasal bridge a rhinoplasty, but for the ipd it’s not really fixable unless you get obo which is not recommended it’s a very invasive surgery and ur not deformed or ugly by any means but I’d just focus on saving for rhino or maybe if you can find a diy thread on it
