it only looks that way because of youre recessed maxilla unfortunately, your nose is not the biggest of your issues i suggest focusing more on your skin and recessed infras

the average person is around LTN so youre very slightly above average, my guess is you can make LMTN to MTN at most, but dw most ppl dont have extremely high potential anyways or u can get 10 surgeries like tim haireth ig
