I had tooth extractions done for both side of my lower molars about an year ago and I think it ruined my face. I'm 15 rn and I talked to the orthodontist and he said that a lot of my bone structure can still be changed using orthodontics appliances so I need to get some advice and I will probably get surgeries after 18 if there is not much change

Ur like hltn rn The tooth extractions are the worst I had them too and it completely ruined my side profile you should never have them and for your face the maxilla looks recessed a reverse pull headgear might help at your age and you have an overbite so class 2 elastics prolly get a lefort 1 after 18 along with rhino
