Nothing except improving posture, growing neck, and losing bf% to improve its perceived attractiveness. All the mewing and thumbpulling shit is cope beyond puberty and probably even earlier.
You can look up orbicularis oculi training and ice hooding method for your eyes, tho the first one has apparently given some people crows eyes so be careful
