both jaws are recessed ask your ortho about palatal expansion/marpe but you prob need bsso and lefort unless your really young

your side pic angle is pretty shitty i can kinda make out that your jaw is recessed, maxilla is flat and feminine browridge as well as feminine nose and nct, narrow lips, feminine jaw and other stuff

mtn. you got some good colouring tho. could prolly get away with a genio but an advancement of mandible and maxilla is ideal.

start with like 250-300 test and 4-6 ius hgh as your HRT base and if you decide to cycle other compounds do it for like 16-20 weeks and go back down to hrt to let your body recover between cycles
