Rate and surgery advice 6'5

I softmaxxed a little bit since two months ago. Planning to get surgeries now what do you guys recommend? I know I need septorhinoplasty, which surgeons are best for rhino, cost etc. My face looks long and narrow using front camera. Am I able to get girls like this at least or is it over for me. I got around 17-18k

You look like a strong MTN with potential to ascend to HTN. A bit like a latino Zayn Malik or something. Your biggest failo is long midface, but you don't have any way to fix it really. I'd recommend softmaxxing only, don't bother with surgery. One thing that might ascend you harder is better coloring, maybe dying your hair from black to a dark/medium brown, and then some hazel colored contacts will give you some halos

I don't think it really affects your perceived midface length, in those photos you are playing with angles
One thing people often recommend for narrow faces is a longer hairstyle that covers the sides of your face, and with your phenotype and vibe you could definitely pull off something like this
