I know im not attractive already and my nose is big, im on my 2nd month of accutane. just tell me everything i need to know to improve myself, thanks (im 16 btw)

LOW-MID LTN, work on the jaw, its very weak and undefined, no need to debloat as of now, neck training and also going gym might assist slightly, though i do believe as you are starting so low, you can improve massively with effort, i started at a genuine subhuman level and i have been rated low htn - high mtn consistently by people, so if you consistently stick at it, along with keeping on accutane, i have faith you will improve

Genioplasty/ bimax, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, and I’m not sure about eye area, anything involving eye area is risky I think

Rhinoplasty (5K) Trimaxillary Osteotomy (35k) Infraorbital Implants (10k) Supraorbital implants (10k) mandibular implants (20k) MSE (35k) Otoplasty (5k)

That’s actually more like $100K USD. I’m sorry bro, maybe in the next life

I wish I was you and went in a Time Machine to decide not to post this so you would have felt somewhat decent and that there was hope in life. I feel bad. I’m not a user here that spreads hate but I feel bad man. How could life do this to someone

I’m willing to get surgery on my eyes ngl. They aren’t as bad as him but they are average

yeah man my parents dont have good genes i guess thought i could improve without surgery but i guess not

honestly bro just bulk like crazy and got to the jim 5x a week, I recommend taking mk677 its easy to get on chemyo website it will make your appetite go through the roof and develop your face and bones so if you bulk and build muscle you will naturally accumulate a jawline if you position it well and use a gua sha daily for 5 mins also try to find ways to get your hair looking more tidy however you like it. as for acne try drink 4-5 liters of water a day and EAT HEALTHY LOW CALORIE MEALS with HIGH PROTEIN bonesmashing works too for me atleast but im still kinda new to this stuff but if you want a reference as to what i look like go to my profile, thats what it did for me i used to have so much acne and be a ltn tbh! hope this helps man. just EAT EAT EAT and your test levels will grow if you go gym at same time
 
Definetly get a bigger neck

I feel there is much more than can be done with the hair also. Would try minoxidil on beard, spread it on all the jaw and cheeks and see what it can get. Then, we'll see.

im still in puberty so i think itll grow normally anyways, its just not developed yet. should i still use minoxidil if thats the case?

You may wonder why your mouth is so high? You got a Midface impaction for your long Midface. But due to the severe maxilla deformities, your mouth will sit up here while smiling. Your jaw was nearly unsavable so after after editing in implants I threw in a beard

Puberty can’t do magic. Plus you are 16, you are pretty much done growing facially, it’s just your body growing

Your maxilla is unfixable at your age. You can only fix half of it, which doesn’t matter. The only other way you could fix your maxilla is to get (Lefort III) which is 250,000 and near impossible to get agreed too. Plus 33% chance of survival

Playing videos games, you can also pay for a H00ker tho. But nowadays they ask for face pics to determine their prices. In your situation I’d prepare 1k bucks per hour
