I have to be real with you, you are a mid mtn, pretty good, but nothing that really pops out. Try training masseters to make the jaw stick out a little more and try to debloat, you'll look better. Other than that try new hair styles, grow a beard if you can its up to you but i think the peach fuzz you have and short hair doesn't really fit you

You could be low/mid htn you have a really good base, if you choose to hardmaxx (wich i don't suggest since you are already pretty alright) even higher
