I’m essentially maxed out or know what needs to get done to ascend even more i’m wondering what my rating is and any advanced looksmaxing tips

okay then an average cycle can literally MINIMUM 2x your gains
so theres something called genetics bud and what genetics do is decide whether or not ur gonna respond well to roids

if im being honesti been lifting a bit over a year and i took a 2 month cycle of ibutamoren ( mk677 ) and i felt great sleep and clearer skin was the best ( i have eating problems )

you just have great genetics, most people are struggling with gaining on muscle because they don't have the genetics and roids can just enhance their potential way past their genetic limit so roids are the way for most people

ye ur right but I have a friend who hopped on and he just gained a bunch of muscle but also a lot of fat and acne so that kinda proves that its not for everyone.

your wrong ik i have great genetics but most people go to the gym and just hit bench for 30m and do curls and cry about how they not gaining muscle

yet still people train for years and make barely noticable progress with a good training protocol and diet

before you give ratings please explore the forum more and actually see what LTN,MTN,HTN are for example i fall in the HMTN-HTN territory( 15 plus ratings from people with actual rep and time on here)

okay so just for some clarification rq i dont wanna take roids at least till like 25-30 BUT im open to things like hgh and more

essentially im asking for recomendations for physique and facial aesthetics improvements facially i want to get some implants 100%

go the gym, lock ur diet in, and youre gonna be better after that than maybe consider roids and implants PLEASE max out your natural stats before wasting potential on roids

honestly just look into peptides because they have a lot of different kinds for different purposes

ye I agree with him tbh, like I wont ever take anything beyond creatine personally.
 
where did you get that percentage from? almost everyone in my gym has a good training protocol
its an estimate on people with shit genetics even if they have good programing
