rate and tips for what i should prioritize

i personally believe that symmetry is my biggest flaw but on another forum i've been told i have bigger things to worry about so im not sure anymore
also im currently treating the mild acne

symmetry is definitely not something you need worry about nor is it your biggest flaw. biggest flaw is you have a very narrow face, palate expanded can fix this and grow your hair

any tips for how i could get a palate expander?
i've already had some work done on my teeth and i think my dentist would have suggested it to me if he thought it was necessary, so are there any excuses i can give to him or my parents other than "i want to look good"?
