Rate and tips please

I know my maxilla is recessed and my orbitals too, so my side profile is cooked and I need surgery for that so not much I can do before I get surgery. From the front I tried uploading photos from different colourings, in some of these I’m on MT2 and others I’m not I’m paler. What do you think I suit better? Also I don’t know what my phenotype is. Also only got one photo of me from before beard so thought I’d just add it in.
