Try to lose abit body fat and use accutane

in short terms, do a HIIT routine or cardio every other day, until u reach ur preferred bf%, then u can do it one or 2 times a week and should be enough to maintain that leaness, and lymphatic drainage in da morning to get rid of the puffy face.
I follow this same method and works wonders. Would love to post it in a more detailed way, but i guess wont get that much traction yk

but also trying to lean bulk so debloating will prob not work well...

Fix your posture, you seem to have forward head posture. Other then that you seem pretty softwares. Once you get rid of the acne you’ll be good don’t worry champ
