Ur chin specifically is weak which isn’t the worst but ur could be better I think it’s more of a mandible length issue appears short to me but genio could help w it too

I’m actually considering having a consultation with a jaw orthopedic, my airways aren’t great either so if I’m very lucky I could get jaw surgery covered entirely by the Norwegian government!

Yes I had Otoplasty! For a side sleeper like myself, the recovery was horrible the first week, and then it’s not bad at all. Once you can sleep comfortably, it’s no problem.

My surgery only costed $2k, and my surgeon didn’t do a great job. Maybe that’s why the recovery was so painful too, idk. It’s asymmetrical now and I got slightly cauliflower ears permanently

This usually never happens with Otoplasty, so don’t be scared by my unlucky experience with a bad surgeon!

Yeah I’ve lost a lot of weight! Thanks for noticing how much the oto ascended me, even though it’s slightly asymmetrical and I have slight cauliflower ears they look a lot better.

Yeah, I might only do a chin implant or genioplasty. But with Norways elite healthcare I can get bimax for free, as long as it’s medically necessary. Might have to larp at the consultation and exaggerate my breathing issues.

From the pictures you've posted, it doesn't actually look like the surgeon did a terrible job. Infact, it looks pretty decent to me. But maybe it's harder to tell because the photos aren't close up enough.

You can sleep on your side, extra pressure on the ears are just positive. But it hurts like crazy.

Yes I just went with the cheapest option available here in Norway. He is very experienced though, and the outcome wasn’t horrible. I just think I was very unlucky. Some people are more prone to getting cauliflower ears than others.

Your mandible may be recessed but barely. Remember you're supposed to have a 2-3mm overbite in a normal healthy bite.

Hardmaxx would be a bimax to fix the lower third which seems to be the biggest flaw here. Not to gloss over the fact you dont look pretty fkin mogger already. Ive seen good results with chin filler tho which could help ur projection.

That said, a sliding genioplasty would fix your submental by stretching it out. It would mostly improve the side profile, and a tiny bit the front profile as well (your chin height is already fine ; its contour would simply become a bit neater).

If you're not already on hair loss medication, you've got to hop on finasteride and minoxidil asap. Given your age, there's a good chance to restore part if not all that's been lost ; just give the treatment approx. 12 months of consistent use. Reassess then your hairline and temporal peaks' placement.

Based on those pics, the only other thing you could consider is experimenting with fillers in the gonions and fat dissolvers / lipo to enhance jawline contour and cheek hollows.

In my opinion, the only mandatory and urgent treatment is the hair loss medication. Everything else depends on your mindset (e.g. self-optimizing for the sake of it, not because you truly need to).

This is the most urgent and most important thing you can do for your looks right now. Do not delay and procrastinate ; book a consult with your MD asap and get a prescription for fin ; should be a plain formality in Norway. If for some reason you struggle to have it prescribed, order it online instead (Indiamart & co).

Although you take minoxidil orally, you should still order a microneedling device too. The best out there is the Derminator 2, which you can exclusively order through this website https://owndoc.shop/ ; if you have very limited funds at this point in time, you can start off with a generic Dr Pen instead.
You will come across different approaches for microneedling depth ; try 0.75 mm once a week in the beginning, you can't go wrong with that. Adjust/increase depth after a few months, if need be.

Fin + min + microneedling could fill in your hairline and temporal peaks in 6-12 months of consistent use (being consistent is key), take you back to a Norwood 1-2, and keep you there durably. Your overall volume/density will improve too. A much better fate than the Nwd 3 you're currently and rapidly heading to.

You are currently being nerfed by your facial framing : hairline & temporal peaks' placement for the upper part, jawline & chin definition for the lower part.
If you manage to fix both, your overall SMV would actually be very high in the real word, because you would combine a top 5-10 % height (in Western countries ; top ~1 % for the rest of the world), with a top <5 % body, a top <5 % face, and a White pheno. This combination is actually rare, and would grant you a CL-tier SMV, regardless of what some nitpicking autists might tell you here or elsewhere online. If you're ND enough and get things going for yourself in life, you'll be sitting at the top of the food chain.

If anyone tells you the "after" is LTN, average looking, or whatever, they are out of their damn mind and need to touch grass. Plenty of actual models and popular TikTok influencers don't even look as good as that, when you take all their frauds away (angles, lighting, makeup, filters, photoshopping, fillers/surgeries).
