I’ll probably use the peptides bro said on the other comment for skin and I have a skin routine now as well!
I have hollow undereyes which I would fill up with fat grafting and and will do a conthopexy to freshen up the eyes (that’s planned)
Yeah bro it’s pretty messed up in Tehran rn! Everyone’s life is on hold because of the economy and the possible war! We’ll see what happens! I hope the best possible things for Iranians because they deserve better (as for all the other people around the world)

Your maxilla is at worst flat, its not projected nor recessed. You have a very good eye area which is obvious from the thick and long eyelashes. Ur mandible and goniol however is ur failo, look into surgery or fillers in the future. As with softmaxes you do have good potential. Imo you look like the average looking dude who can find a girlfriend. hltn , lmtn

I have a lil bit of money lol.
I only did bimax. But planning to do canthopexy+ orbital and temple fat graft in the coming months!
I don’t really consider softmaxxing “looksmaxxing” even tho I started soft maxing too.
but its so interesting that I got rated from sub human to even hhtn online lol!

I tried to imagine the line from the eye that you draw through the face to figure out if it is just average bad or a real recession and to me it looked like it was slightly behind normal but if I look at it now again you are definitely right.

That's a commen problem I think or atleast I've read about multiple people saying that the surgeon didn't do enough. This is most likely because the only do the least they have to do to get you in the okish semi healthy range. Don't raise your cortisol over that though it's not severe just not optimal

Yeah. I mean I’m thankful enough that he did a high cut le fort 1 (never seen that high of a cut before in le fort 1). But if he moved like 2 or 3 mms more I think I would’ve had an optimal maxilla.
