Good bonemass and good health indicators. The only thing that could slightly improve your appearance is training your neck to become wider. You're already softmaxxed which is more than most people can say .

If you really want to improve, surgery is the only route left. Fixing your harmony ratios should be your priority. Medial canthoplasty will reveal your medial canthus and make your eyes looks slightly longer & closer. Also lip augmentation to make your mouth wider will improve your mouth to nose ratio.

Thank you man that means a lot. Yeah they are pretty highset unfortunately that’s why I’ve been styling my hair to cover it. If you wouldn’t mind, where do you think i’m sitting on the PSL scale atm?

Post some photos using your back camera because the front camera tends to give a pretty noticeable difference in appearance, but based off these, and plotting someone like Clavicular at 6.5, you're a 5.5. Western MTN and maybe a LHTN in east asia
