What do you mean? Deep set eyes doesn’t necessarily mean prominent brow bone. Yes, prominent supraorbital, infraorbital, and mandible are “bones”. What’s your point? All I am saying is that if you have deep set eyes, you will look decent even with bad forward growth. I might be mistaken when it comes to the guy in the OP, but it does look like he has good cheekbones. So, I might be wrong about him being recessed.

you still need some bone structure to look good, either a good mandible or a decent forward projecting midface
