title, this was mainly from puberty ig, but what i think it made me change the most was doing a lot of sports and eating a lot, idk why but i can eat a lot and still not be bloated or fat:Comfy:

not a single molecule of squint and cheekbiting, if i would be cheekbiting it would look ten times worst, im literally 10 prcent bf and really tall and skinny, and squinting im just not, you can see that my eyebrows look relaxed
