Nah not rlly the only side effects i got is mild excessive sweating which ik is weird and very dry lips and back on hands, which is easy to overcome with aquaphor.

It’s definitely worth it, clear skin, slimmer nose. Didn’t effect me working out at all

Calorie deficit, by around 400-500 calories for a few months, intense cardio 4x weekly, fixing potassium to sodium ratio by eating more potassium rich foods like dried apricots, bananas, coconut water, sweet potatoes etc. also 8-9hrs sleep every night, which affects bloating a lot.
