Premolar extractions with braces for my prognathism

Buccal Fat Removal so im the ang i am at 7% but i can keep it at a higher bodyfat percentage which allows my neck to still be thick because when i get lean my neck tuns pencil

And im currently debating rhinoplasty I want to become world class kick boxer so im kinda scared of the rhino ngl but i think ima say yolo and get it

also might get obo for my pfl essentially medial wall shaving its risky but id have perfect icd and thats the last flaw to my eye area outside of my tilt but that will go down with age

tbf i pinned so much test and softmaxxed like a motherfucker for years like the latest thing i did was increase my front harm by like 10-15% by pushing my hairline back

went from 1.28 total to 1.35 my bitemporal was 75 now 92 my thirds are now T1 On white scale etc etc fixed brows so my middle third is 30% low range of t1 etc

Lcl biggest flaw imo is your nose width and dimorphism is kinda low. But other then that I don't really notice anything. I wouldn't recommend getting surgery for your nose beucase it might fuck you up an dmake you look weird
