Can happen at anytime but if you have heavy bone mass it would start showing at like 13/14. My brother is the king of zygos and his became apparent at 13

brachycephalic, meso-, dolicho- = cephalic index or skull depth
euryprosopic, meso-, lepto- = facial index or facial width + length
