The only thing you could do is modified lefort 3, there are couple of people that did it on the jawsurgery forum, funnly enough modified lefort 3 is safer than lefott 1, I dont think there is any way you could do lefort 2 (which moves the midface without touching zygo) though I remember one guy on lookism talking that you can but the risks are great or something
