It’s good just fix your eye bags lose a little more weight and you will be good

honestly its a good start you skin appears healthier which is optimal, you have noticably less face fat which is optimal, however your nose's cartilage structure seems deformed; you nose is very ugly, which is unoptimal; you could fix this with sugery in theory. your current hairstyle doesnt suit you; this is unoptimal. you have too much bulk on the sides and too much in the front for this hair type.
