Go on a lean max journey bro, use concealer under your eyes
I wouldn't get under eye fillers because they can leave pocket bags after as they never fully dissolve.

Was doing just a calorie restriction for over a year, which allowed for me to lose and maintain a healthy weight while eating whatever I wanted.

it wasn’t until I decided to try eating super clean back in February that I began to binge on all the unhealthy foods, and consequently put all the weight back on (and then some).

Atm it is legit junk food. I am very depressed and binge eat to cope. I’m aware of it yet can’t stop it on my own, which is where a stimulant would come in to play

Used to get tons of iois (I’m 6’1 so that probably helped), now I don’t leave the house
