Indeed, top 0.001% palate width, no visible buccal corridors along with a wide mouth with even corners and oral fissure. Put a narrower mouth and worse smile on that man and he instantly becomes a normie. Absolutely brutal smilepill and mouthpill.

Agree, with his mouth closed he's 5.5 PSL in my opinion but smiling puts him into 6 PSL high appeal Chad tier easily.

skin, hair quality, collagen, nice mouth area. It gives that youthful glow. Theres more indicators of health but theyre just features that are attractive on both sexes
