After looking at hundreds of before/afters and spending days on jaw surgery and real self I have come to a conclusion that u either have it or not. Ur either born a chad or ur not. Surgery rarely ascends people. Surgery can improve for sure but u can never create Beauty.

Not really. But if I were getting bimax I wouldn't settle for anything but 90th percentile forward growth.

It depends imo. Ur upper maxilla shouldn't be too recessed otherwise get midface implants along with lefort

Incredibly poor base with basically zero bone mass. Like someone already mentioned in this thread, surgery can’t create beauty. It can however make chadlite into a chad but that’s because chadlite obviously has a great base.

Some peope have a bimax purely for functional reasons so its not drastic.

I have a short face. This patient needed a clockwise lefort 1 with massive down grafting which i cant see here.

Also his bsso and genioplasty could of been greater.

This wasnt a blackpilled surgery. All i see is missing potential.

Its a shame if this is that Australian Dr Paul.
