good physique for appeal but looks small for three years in the gym. Also do you have an exercise that targets upper chest correctly? Its lacking comparetively to mid and lower pec

Hmmm honestly Ive mostly focused on butterfly and bench dumbells and other stuff but I very rarely worked on upper chest as much as the others if im being honest

Well you should the upper pec is the most aesthetic part of the chest. Try and find chest press with a narrower grip or even better one that follows the natural path of the upper pec as in it moves inwards while pressing

Nah man you look weak. Eat more food and lift heavier for a year or so and you'll reach ideal range
