and I could barely bench more than 35kgs for more than 8 reps, and you're saying it took you 1 year to go from holocaust survivor to skinny fat and you can bench 105kgs??

My physique mogs yours to the fucking sun and back and I don't even bench 100kg, in fact the only time I went over 100kg was with only 1 rep at 115kg.

His bench may be legit, I've seen skinny guys with big benches. Besides, benching is a lot more difficult for us tallfags. His OHP is definitely bullshit

1 year lifting journey
Current lifts:- 105kg bench for 5 reps, 165kg deadlift, 130 kg squat, 60 kg overhead press for 5 reps
this is a good progression nice increase in strength since u kept lifting heavy u now have dense myofibilar muscle keep going at try going on a minicut before summer and either bulk or recomp before depending on your goals

your body (not counting height) was first like a 4.5/10 (weak-boyish). and now a 6.5/10 orso.

What was your routine? How tall are you and much do you weigh? How many calories did you consume every day?

Usually 3x10 (about 3-4 exercises for each muscle, which was a lot tbh)

at that time 82-84kgs (I'm at ~68 now, trying to get back to 82 till june)

5'11

Dunno, but now that I've dieting again I eat about 3600-4000 calories, my metabolism is too fast, anything below 3300 and I'll be losing weight
