My chest insertions are kind ass but the size is decent.

Will continue to bulkcel till I hit 85kg fuck being lean, being large in clothes is everything

Im not an expert on gymcelling but it looks very good tbh.
How long did it take you to get to this level?
Also, im assuming you had a pretty good base to start from (good frame, good test levels)

19 now been training since I was 16 but not really that consistent.
Started off really skinny
First year I was consistent af and dedicated I gained 15kgs in my first year
Second year not so much I kinda maintained weight but still went.
hardly went during the third year because 2020 lockdown.
Been going much harder this year PPL split focuses mostly on compounds I want to build an overall good base

225x5 bench
315x5 squat
And 90lb weighted pullups
Are my long term goals and I will bulk till I reach it tbh

Just a bit of muscle mass. Nothing special. I see tons of dude like that. Idk how to rate tho. Since that’s out of a gym goers perspective. Some woman like a dude who has some muscle but also fat like you. Not the sixpack and veins shredded kinda guy. Some woman however absolutely love the shredded look. I guess for normies you are good but i would still slim down a decent bit in fat.

I’ve been leaner but the hit in overall mass is just not worth it tbh.
I have a 4 pack atm my lower abs aren’t as defined which I need to work on.
I’m about 14-15% body fat and my face is still decently lean I don’t store much facial fat so I can afford to gain weight without it hitting my face

I have veins and have visible abs I wouldn’t think I’m any higher than 17% max
Many ppl underrate how low 14 already is. So not your fault. But 14 is already really low. 12 is like impressive and 9-10 natural is insane

I gave you a higher rating, not because of your muscle development per say. Its because you have good genetic potential to put on muscle, I can tell from your bone structure. You will probably get close to 85 kg I would say, but its going to take time, so wait. Rather then get fat in the process, then only have a good physique at the very end of your journey.

Hit rear delts and upper chest more, rear delts for that full 3D shoulder look and upper chest will help fill out clothes.

Looks good, solid. I'm also focusing on compounds to get strong. I'm already at +85kg and I mog all of my friends physique wise

Tbh I think my upper chest is just subhuman ngl.
I’ve been almost exclusively incline benching and doing OHP they are still subpar.

I think upper chests responds pretty strongly to roids ngl

I thought the same until I lowered the weight and focus on doing 15reps while really focusing on the squeeze

I find all the area above the lower chest respond really well on higher reps for some reason, same goes my my side delts and rear delts.

You look really good bro, if you cut a little bit you'll look aesthetic as fuark. And consider hopping on 500 test your physique will blow up.

Very good lifts. Hopping on test will blow your physique up.

Those aren’t my current lifts it’s my goals hopefully by next year.
I can bench 225 but not for 5 reps
I am close to 315 on squat
Still a ways for the 2 plate pull-up tho
