Some woman like a dude who has some muscle but also fat like you. Not the sixpack and veins shredded kinda guy. Some woman however absolutely love the shredded look. I have a 4 pack atm my lower abs aren’t as defined which I need to work on.
I’m about 14-15% body fat and my face is still decently lean I don’t store much facial fat so I can afford to gain weight without it hitting my face

I gave you a higher rating, not because of your muscle development per say. Its because you have good genetic potential to put on muscle, I can tell from your bone structure. You will probably get close to 85 kg I would say, but its going to take time, so wait. Rather then get fat in the process, then only have a good physique at the very end of your journey.View attachment 1229406

Tbh I think my upper chest is just subhuman ngl.Hit rear delts and upper chest more, rear delts for that full 3D shoulder look and upper chest will help fill out clothes.

I’ve been almost exclusively incline benching and doing OHP they are still subpar.
I think upper chests responds pretty strongly to roids ngl

Started off really skinny
First year I was consistent af and dedicated I gained 15kgs in my first year
Second year not so much I kinda maintained weight but still went.
hardly went during the third year because 2020 lockdown.
Been going much harder this year PPL split focuses mostly on compounds I want to build an overall good base
225x5 bench
315x5 squat
And 90lb weighted pullups
Are my long term goals and I will bulk till I reach it tbh
