nonono find much better lighting warmer lighting too and turn your wist in a way to make it appear smaller have a go w some photos and try not to make it look like you're trying rly hard bc no offense but there will be guys with better leaner physiques for girls to choose from

I think I just have to train abs realistically, I never do ahah, but it would tighten up the area.

no you have to lean down
training abs has little effect on appearance comapred to bodyfat
thats how skinny f boys have them when they barely train
