Ears are oddly shaped, so I recommend to grow out hair a bit and hide them. might not be the look but worth a try. Trying longer hair would likely look better considering your hair is thick anyway. Also idk about you but having a normie cut like that looks decent but doesn't feel like a halo because it's so common.

Bloat is visible in third picture but reduced in first and second. Just diet, ect.

Skin quality isn't the best, very basic/diet and I would try to get a better shave to reduce stubble. If the stubble persists you could use an epilator. Stubble isn't always a bad look but you look young so it likely impacts appeal to girls your age. Probably easiest looksmax for you as of now.

Also that dark region of skin along your alar crease is likely just sebum. salicylic acid or other exfoliants will help or you could just squeeze it out (anecdotes claim that may increases size of pores though). This will likely help your appearance more than you think.
Might want to try to clear out the pores on the entire nose as it looks a bit greasy. imo it's a hassle and can lead to dry skin if done improperly so only do it a few days before you want to look your best.

Could use more chin projection but it's not bad enough to consider genioplasty imo. Also cheekbones aren't ideal but are not a failo from what I can see at this angle. If you want to cope with bonesmashing go ahead but I don't think it will help besides temporary swelling.

Overall though good side especially when debloated. Your potential is closer to maximized.
