no one with that chin and ramus is 4.5 PSL, his lower third masc mogs majority of men, to be 4.5 PSL you need to have average features, his lower third is above average and his other features are also gud, he doesn't have any major failos, so he cannot be 4.5 PSL, he is 5.5 PSL due to dimorphism, lower third, colouring and no major failos
