rate...broken nose and deformed lower jaw

broke my nose when I was eight and only had teeth pulled out of my lower jaw giving me a class 2...currently nearly done with marpe treatment and getting septorhinoplasty soon aswell as bsso and facemask..facemask starts next week actually...other than those hardmaxes to fix all my injuries and extractions I am just gonna tan and curl my eyelashes bc they are rlly thick but js super straight ...anytips? also no idea what to do with my hair :/
I am also 6,5 and currently building the best v taper I can 3 months into the gym..feel like I am on a good track
