Is lefort 1 low risk
They cut open your face, cut your bone, slide it forwards and down, and shove metal screws in it and the sew your face back up.
If you get the proper surgeon most of the time it will go good

depends on the country tbf, but they’re usually not much like 5-12k in my country
genio or the implants carry lower risk?
implants are much higher risk because of migration. genio is a super simple procedure so you’ll be fine
