15, 178cm, 113kg. Been fat my whole life and desperate to change, I’m around a month in and lost 4kg so far. Do I have potential? Ratings and tips are very much appreciated.

Get on creative and try to get muscle,also im low QI so do some research before doing anything

ltn but htn potential, get some decent nutrition and youll get to 180cm. also fix your posture.
