i go to the gym but i don’t follow a diet and i’m very inconsistent atm. i’m thinking if it’s worth it to go all-in at the gym or not… it’s a tough investment.

How old are you? If you're older than 23 start a cycle. If not, then bulk aggressively and lift heavy weights, then do an aggressive cut. And if you haven't made any progress in 1-2 years start a cycle.

Reminds me of orc old body

Okay just go to the gym and lift heavy weights, do PPL, eat clean and a lot of protein, download lifesum or myfitnesspal, and see how much you need to eat with your weight, age, and height. Take creatine, magnesium, zinc, and omega-3 every day, L-Citrulline before you go gym. Don't hop on a cycle, unless you're over 20 and have not seen any improvement with your physique. It's not a tough investment, you're just lazy. Also its not over for you, unless your face is a sub-5, if it's sub-5 you need to invest even more in gym.
