MPMD speculates that Hemsworth's cycle is 400-600 mg of Testosterone. This makes sense as he has a more watery look as opposed to a dry lean look that guys get when running dry compounds like Tren. I think he has a top tier physique here and his height/frame makes it even better. What are your guys thoughts? Would he look better with more mass? Is this the limit to how big you can be without looking weird?

Likely not his real physique. During shirtless scenes actors are required to get a quick pump in before the shooting starts so they can look as big as possible. He's much smaller than what he looks like in all his shirtless scenes. In fact during a BTS video of Ragnarok, you could see him working out before they shot the shirtless scene in that movie. Hollywood is deceptive asf.

MPMD says he is not natty though. I think even in this pic he doesn't look crazy big, so I wonder if he looks like a natty without pump.

His forearms really lag behind. Not only on the pic you posted,

Best Hollywood superhero transformation, IMO, regardless of if it's natty or not. He really got an athletic look by avoiding disproportionate features (like huge pecs) and just getting big an proportional all around. Any guy at the gym who is not on tren would like to look like this.

9/10 physique if legs are in proportion

Agree with you. I think he has a really good physique in terms of appeal to girls.

When it comes to guys who get jacked from real exercise, like strongmen, the more muscular Olympic Weightlifters, even some manual labor guys, this is their natural look. Even swimmers who might use their chests a fair amount (depending on the stroke they compete in) look more like this than some melon-titty bodybuilder. (Powerlifters have big chests because of the bench press, but the bench press itself is not an athletic lift.)

i agree tbh. it needs to look natural as if from real exercise, like you said. like just existing that way just like good fashion, "just threw on a few pieces in my closet, turned out good". its like preselection when you look classy effortlessly - says that youre from a background with good taste / class. similar to the aesthetic body appearing as just genetics, "pre-deserving" of admiration.

its pretty easy to have that look in a short amount of time through hypertrophy training and then i personally am going to focus on other failos, one by one.

Exactly never talk about bodybuilding or mention that you workout. Have to act like the physique is just genetic.

A little bit off topic, but that set of words says so much about the difference between the sexes. For men, we can admire the dedication of even a 300 lb bodybuilder, while not wanting to look like him. Everything has a a little meaning attached to it, which we respect. For women, it's all about something just looking good or feeling bad in some vague way.
