Laser therapy, or just wait and they’ll probably just fade with age. On the other hand, tret might work, just give it a few more months.

If it is just hyperpigmentation, i would recommend just getting a chemical peel. It's the easiest and the most cost efficient

js gotta wait man, idk about centella asiatica tho is it any good? and also out of the 2 microneedling options i mentioned which ones better
