Toxoplasma gondii, the parasite that occurs in beef, is killed when frozen at at least -20 degrees celcius for 2+ days. This meat was frozen at -78 celcius

Considering half the authors are pajeet, and you know what they think of cows, there may be bias. But seriously, this data is poor because there were no rigorous controls enforced. For red meat to be the true culpirt, they would have to control for every environmental and genetic factor which is impossible. For example, hamburgers are a common dish with red meat, is the red meat to blame or the pufas, refined carbs, additvies in the bun and in the fires?

No seasoning. It's honestly not the most flavorful meal, but the egg yolk adds some flavor. And yeah a sear would make it taste better but sometimes im just lazy
