You don't seem to be recessed (at least to me, but I'm not an expert so take it with a huge grain of salt).
You are the ideal candidate for custom jaw implants tbh, your gonions aren't flared and you lack mass in the posterior part of the ramus. Compare your scan to this one:

Not an expert either, but as others said n°1 priorities would be gonions and chin, although you dont look extremely recessed here
