Tough luck, just eat healthy and maximise hormone production during puberty, and some of these issues might fix with time as you age and mature, go to the dentist and take an x ray and see if your skull is fully developed

like low-mid mtn but you are way too young, dont worry much about your looks until you hit 19 or so, try to maximize your development in order to reach your full genetic potential, you dont know how lucky you are that you found out about this shit in the middle of puberty
