Hi, beginner here wanting some advice on my daily complements intake. Like when to take, is there things to add or remove and if some are cope. Thanks in advance.

- Vitamin D and C
- Zinc
- Beta-Carotene
- L-arginine
- Boron
- Chrysin
- Collagen preptide type I
- Creatine
- Minoxydil (local)
- Ashwagandha

Would appreciate any advice !

I should have said I take them in majority for the gym wich works pretty well i think ?
None of these people know what they are talking about when it comes to supplements. Go to r/supplements on reddit and post this you'll get a genuine answer. Also if you take ashwaganda for the testosterone increase, you should know that if you have normal testosterone levels 300-900 - increasing your natural testosterone makes no noticable effect on muscle https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9916184/

Unless of course you use steroids in which case it is more potent and will have major effects on muscle

I assume you take zinc and beta carotene for acne or other skin issues, which are good, however consider adding pantothenic acid instead of zinc as to not develop a copper deficiency later on.
