RATE CURRENT DIET AND GIVE ADVICE 15

Breakfast:

  • 1 scoop protein powder with 250 ml raw milk
Lunch:
  • 200 g lean ground beef with 1 apple
Last Block School Snack:
  • Protein bar
Pre-Workout:
  • 1 banana and 1 kiwi with cinnamon
  • 100 g chicken breast
Post-Workout:
  • 250 ml raw milk and 250 ml regular milk with 1 scoop protein powder
Dinner:
  • Whatever Mom makes (usually 30-40 g protein)

Supplements:
  • 4500 IU Vitamin D3
  • 200-300% daily Vitamin C
  • 15 mg MK-677
  • 50 billion probiotics
  • 10 mg Melatonin
  • 2 calcium pills
  • 300 mg Magnesium
  • Omega-3 Fish Oil
  • 5 g Creatine
  • 1 Elderberry
  • 3 g L-Arginine
  • 200 mg Caffeine
  • 36 mg Concerta
  • 4 mg Intuniv
  • 50 mg Trazodone
( also drink 4-5L water a day )
I have Intuniv and guanfacine but im only taking 1 mg intuniv. Is it cope or should I take both.

replace the apple with berries or a kiwi
more red meat if you're not cutting
sauerkraut, kefir and yoghurt instead of wasting money on probiotic supps

get rid of protein powder and protein bars, artifical and soy filled shitbags
replace chicken breast with a type of red meat (better nutrients)
eat beef liver once a week

Remove raw milk and sub non dairy milk, remove protein power and add more meat/eggs
