True you need estrogen, but only to an extent. You don't wanna nuke your estrogen, which is why you don't take AI everyday. Just use it to keep your levels in check enough to have a working dick. Been a while since I gymmaxxed so you may want to ask experienced roiders about frequency for taking AI.
