What tweaks?

Biggest ROI would be with more volume to your hair and a slightly lower hairline (you can style it differently too), jaw angle implants to fix your asymmetric right jaw by adding more width (or another alternative), and thicker eyebrows.

A rhinoplasty would be nice as well, although far from mandatory.

High MTN. Solid appeal with lower third looking decent. Experiment with different haircuts and gymcel into oblivion and you'll do fine
