Damn i really wanna cope with a jaw implant, but deep down i know i need mse/msdo+braces and then a bimax with genio. I am just so scared of the huge investment, brutal surgery and hard recovery. Seems like a implant is so much easier than this barbaric jaw surgery process.

same tbh, i think the extent of how much i can bullshit is saying mse is an orthodontic thing(which it actually is) and rhino for improved breathing, but for chin wing, idk man, i would have to gaslight and bullshit hard

Bimax × Custom Wraparound combo or death.

Unless you have a really narrow palate these 2 alone should give you a top tier lower third.

Also that guy look plastic mostly because of cheek implants.

I am old, and time is running out. I am already 26, and would be 30 when everything is finished.
bimax takes "only" a few months to fully recover though?

Before bimax i would need to safe 20-30k and get mse/msdo+braces.
easy in your country though, shouldn't take more than one year. If necessary you have to live a less expensive lifestyle for a while.

Looks pretty good. Better than a lot of the eppley results I see. He does not looks "lego blocky".

Good implant result. One of the few public examples of a patient not going overboard and ending up bloated and round with silicon in their faces.

It's his thin skin. I can find an eppley result that also has such definition without bloat.

Would love to see the Eppley example

Any info about this pic? Did Eppley also put up the 3D image with the mm of implant?

He has a shit ton of case studies on his website with good results unlike the freakshows typically peddled on here. To his credit, he specifically says that result you see is atypical because the patient had very thin skin and most people won't get that level of jaw definition post op.

Here's another example.

Honestly Dhir is being deceptive using that Ken doll as his custom jawline example on his website because most people won't get that level of definition which is what makes the result so impressive. Yaremchuk and Eppley don't create that impression on their websites.

So would you say some of those giant jawline implants that some of the patients ask for make them look bloated because of their thick skin or was it because they also designed cartoonishly large implants?

Both. I was very careful to measure out all parameters eppley gave me so the result would likely fall within the ideal range of typical ratios used (fwhr, philtrum/chin, cheek/jaw width, facial thirds, horizontal gonial alignment relative to mouth opening etc.) and his initial suggestions were typically spot on. Again, to his credit, he mentions that despite the parameters used for the implants, the x factor would be how the soft tissue interacts with the implant but he can make slight adjustments during placement.

I'm pretty sure the cartoonish outcomes were the fault of the patient insisting on parameters too large and underestimating the magnitude a few extra millimeters can have.

Interesting. I feel Eppley gets a bad rep on here. I think he is a skilled surgeon, and I am sure he only places those goofy implants because he just goes with whatever the patients demand, no matter how ridiculous it is.

guys you can do bimax, mse, chin wing what ever AND implants, you guys do realize this, right?

Did you actually get implants with him or just the designs? Would love to see how your results turned out if you got it done.

I think nobody will have the willpower and money to get bimax + jaw implants during their prime years. But yes, it would be heavy ascension.

Very soon. Expecting the worst, hoping for the best.

I like this result in the context of the patient base and implant design.

I thought the patient already had a plastic look to begin with (before the wraparound implant) especially the cheekbones (likely filler) and apparent aggressive rhinoplasty. Further we need to take into account the chin deficiency seemed rather large (he already had a standard Large Extended Anatomical Chin Implant in the before) so the mentolabial groove is deeper than it would be on someone with a more moderate chin deficiency.

Yeah, I will wait. But I will swap the jaw implants with a 2 or 3 chin wings for good

I will. But I will most likely get bimax + chin wing instead of jaw implants

Looks pretty good but hard to judge without seeing what he looked like before

He fell for the jaw meme.

+.1 PSL and no change to IRL appeal

should of fixed his eyes or hairline first
