Why is it so hard to find a custom jaw implant surgeon?

I only know 2 Eppley and Yaremchuk that retired this year, they were experts at this type of implant and could even achieve a Chad level jawline as a result. Eppley is still practicing I believe.

Is it due to the risk and skill level required with this type of cosmetic procedure?
