Rate cycle/give advice

so I’ve been using HGH for 1 week now, 6iu/day to be clear (3iu morning and 3iu before bed) and it’s great, I started at 181cm and I measured 182cm 2 days ago (could possibly be spine decompression since I’ve had trouble sleeping and hgh helped me sleep a few hours longer).
I’m planning to hop on test E in about a month.

Cycle I’m planning to do:
6iu hgh a day (already doing this)
500mg test E/week, 20 weeks
- will do Monday 250mg and
thursday 250mg

50mg anavar/day, 7 weeks

750iu hcg/week, full cycle duration
- will pin 375iu on the same day and time I’ll inject test

I’ll have arimidex on hand but will only use it when I notice any high estrogen symptoms.



Pct:

For pct I’ll do 500iu hcg EOD about one week after my last test pin and I’ll start clomid and nolvadex after 2-3 weeks of hcg after the cycle.

If anyone got advice and/or things I should change let me know

Why would you dose arimedex when you feel like it. Should perma run that stuff. And hopping on such a high test cycle without an ai is only going to close your plates.

because if I don’t get much high estrogen symptoms I thought it’s better to not use it. Would you recommend I take an ai even if I don’t get any symptoms

not only hcg, also clomid and nolvadex.
hcg in pct to keep balls working and after 2-3 weeks of hcg after the test cycle clomid and nolvadex.
Would you recommend smth else

can’t afford higher hgh dose bc I have to save up for test but after I have my test I’ll probably run 8-10 iu hgh/day

Run low dose ai and increase if needed. Could also combine with other compounds that lower estrogen. That’s why eq and primo are great.

I think he means hcg at the end of cycle before Pct. Going higher than 6iu is not needed and could be counter intuitive if you’re trying to looksmax.

Typically the weeks after cycle and before pct is not seen as part of pct.

6iu is already body building dosage. By going higher you’ll also sacrifice other things that typically for the average person is not needed at all.
